Exercise 3.6

Some of the differences between what you predict and what you find from the association norms are probably due to differences in experience. The association norms were derived by getting responses from groups of students which (presumably) didn't include you. Those students brought different experiences to the task from yours - they were probably in a different place with different cultural expectations, and certainly in a different time.
