productivity
Likelihood or predictability of a process, especially regarding whether the process is likely to apply to new forms.

Example:
The ending -able is productive, especially when added to verbs. So if a new verb is introduced to English, e.g. to sholp, then it is acceptable to say that something that can easily be sholped is sholpable.
